Data protection

This page explains what happens to what you send through the form on this website. It is written to be read, not to be agreed to.

When you write to us

We receive your name, the way back to you that you gave us — a phone number, an email address or both — and what you wrote. And, if you fill the two fields in, the wagon number and where the wagon is standing; we need both to judge what the job is, and both are optional. Nothing else: nothing about the pages you looked at, and nothing that recognises you between visits.

Who else sees it

This website runs on jtakeit: what you send is stored there and passed on to us. What happens to it there, and for how long, is set out here: jtakeit.com/processing
